About the Role

Bookd Media helps residential remodeling companies build, fix, and scale their sales pipelines through a full-stack growth system. We run paid advertising, lead generation, and sales support for contractors doing $500k+ per year. If a company wants more high-end jobs and a predictable pipeline, we can usually help.

You'll take inbound consultative calls with remodeling company owners and leadership teams. The calls feel like paid business consults that end in a decision — you must be analytical, persuasive, and confident with business owners.

Responsibilities
  • Take inbound consultative calls with remodeling company owners and leadership teams
  • Diagnose the real constraints in their offer, marketing, and sales process
  • Help prospects understand what is truly blocking their growth and what needs to change
  • Prescribe the right Bookd Media solution and close the deal
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in B2B or high-ticket sales
  • Experience in one-call closing on deals north of $10k
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business owners and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to articulate complex growth strategies and their impact on a remodeling business

Client Success Manager

Full Time $50,000 – $120,000 / year Remote
About the Role

We are adding high-performance Client Success Managers to keep pace with the demand pouring into Bookd Media as we scale. This is not a customer service role. This is a high-pressure, high-impact position where you directly influence whether our clients hit their revenue projections or fall behind.

You are the strategic partner responsible for client retention, performance, and expansion across a portfolio of active remodeling businesses. If you want comfort, this is not the place.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of active clients and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Lead weekly performance check-ins that solve real revenue problems
  • Run onboarding and coaching sessions and conduct campaign reviews that move numbers
  • Train client teams on follow-up and sales processes until they are hitting projections
  • Audit funnels, locate lead quality issues, and install the systems that fix them
  • Drive upgrades, renewals, and retention through world-class delivery and proactive communication
  • Maintain strong retention and satisfaction metrics
  • Collaborate daily with the ads, recruiting, and fulfillment teams
Qualifications
  • Former founders, sales leaders, or operators who have driven real revenue and led real teams
  • Deep experience in the home services, remodeling, or marketing industry
  • Competitive, hungry, and relentless about improvement
  • Able to give and receive aggressive feedback
  • Comfortable dragging clients up the mountain even when the climb is brutal

Recruiting Coordinator

Full Time $60,000 – $85,000 / year Remote
About the Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Bookd Media, you'll play a key role in sourcing and onboarding the talent that powers our growth. You'll work closely with leadership to identify top candidates, manage the hiring pipeline, and ensure every new team member is set up for success from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Source and screen candidates across multiple channels
  • Manage the full recruiting pipeline from outreach to offer
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
  • Maintain organized records in our ATS and recruiting tools
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires
  • Identify opportunities to improve our recruiting workflows
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools a plus
